pinterest pic
anyways i finally attempted this one after having pinned it like 2 years ago. it was super easy & quick. i mean if i can make it just about anyone can.
INSTRUCTIONS:
**6-9 eggs {depending on how many want & how full you want them}
**12 slices of ham {again however much you want}
**paprika
**salt & pepper
>>bake at 375 for 20 min.
side notes:
when i made them they turned out great, but both jeff & i think they were lacking something. next time we might sprinkle some cheese on it or add some bacon. also in the picture it shows that egg was alive, we aren't huge fans so i just mixed about 6-9 eggs in a bowl & then i added them to the ham. the pan that we used is only for 6 large cups so i had to over lap the ham to make sure the eggs didn't totally fall out. and lastly i think when i make the eggs next time i will just add the seasoning {i added onion powder too}in with it because you weren't able to taste all of it because it just sat on the top.
it may not be pinterest picture worthy but here is our creation of goodness!
if you are ever looking for a quick breakfast meal these are a great go-to meal. they would be delicious as a side with pancakes or cinnamon rolllls! oh & a cute idea would to make the eggs green for st. patricks day! like "green eggs & ham"?? well whatever you decide to make or how to make good luck!
love, Mrs. J.H
